Taylor Communications

Taylor Communications (Benicia) was struggling with process, efficiencies and product returns. Management decided to implement the practices of ISO 9001 to better define and control their production processes. After the ISO 9001 certification was implemented customer complaints reduced by 30% and the product returns were reduced by 50%.

ISOReady, using the principals of ISO 9001, was able to identify the critical processes and document these processes in the form of procedures, work instructions and process maps. By documenting these critical processes, the company was able to formalize their training system and systemize their assembly processes allowing them to reduce their assembly inconsistencies.
